How we'd like to work with you
Candidates:
Our policy is to get to know you - your work background, where you live, what components
would define the "right" position for you. We review your resume, will make suggestions if necessary,
and then inform you of any positions we have that are a good fit. Ideally, you will not be in a rush, for we have
found that the really good matches often take some time and thought on your part and ours.
Your resume will be sent to a client only if you agree. We will tell you who the
company is, where they are located, and as much information as we have on the position. There is never a fee to
you.
Contractors:
We work with both Corporation to Corporation and W2 contract situations. The range
of contracts is somewhat wider than our permanent placements, due to the particular requirements that are often
needed in contract positions. Contracts range from short term to long term. We always inform you of the client
name and location as well as details on the positon before submitting you to a client.
We are interested in getting acquainted with you, so that when we call you it will
be with contracts that suit your needs as well.
Clients:
We work with you to obtain a good understanding of your needs. We then search for
candidates that fill your requirements, and present only those candidates which do so. We ask that you provide
us feedback on candidates presented, positive or negative, so that we can more closely match your needs.
