Funding for Land Acquisition and Creative Media Projects 

After 14 years in the music business as an A&R Director and 28 more years in search recruitment work in technology, quantitative finance, and related fields I added these pursuits:

Finding financial underwriting for acquisition of natural settings, primarily unbuilt land. I am currently involved in one such venture which is culminating in purchase of 14 acres as permanent open space in Petaluma, CA. I am actively engaged in considering other similar ventures.

Gathering funding for artistic / creative projects in film, music or digital adventures. Currently involved in seeking funding for a biographical film about music myth and legend Daniel Johnston and locating funding for a community legitimate theater.

I am always interested in hearing about potential projects in either land acquisition or artistic development. I find it's almost always one individual with a dedicated passion who leads to projects worth pursuing. If you know of a venture in need of funding please contact me.

Locating funding is a huge challenge. Individuals, families, foundations or companies with resources to invest are obviously central to this process. I welcome the chance to chat with anyone who has thoughts on a potential viable funding resource.

I have not stopped recruitment work, these two project areas are a nice change from my day to day activities in the search field.
